These units were designed to increase productivity and improve quality for a variety of applications.
With 50 lbs. of capacity, and adjustable speed from 0 to 6.5 revolutions per minute, plus the option with a flick of the switch to rotate the table clockwise or counterclockwise you will be able to make some very professional welds with half the effort.
Welding can be done with or without the use of the hand rest support, the support is interchangeable from the right or left side of the machine, this is so the user being either right or left handed can have the control switches on the side most comfortable to them.
Most people will associate welding with a turntable to welding round items, but with a little practice you will find that you can also do a great job welding oblong and smaller square and rectangle items as well.
If welding a square object, (Say 3” x 3” sq.) it might be easier to weld without using the hand/ arm support, this will allow you to let your arm “float” as the square corners come in and out as they pass in front of you.
For safety Unibender has manufactured the TT1250-8 Rotary welding table to be a dual voltage machine, We have made the decision that having a 110 volt power cord where you are welding is dangerous, There is a possibility of you or someone else dropping a piece of steel across the power cord and be electrocuted while picking it back up.
For this reason we supply our TT1250-8 with a 110 volt to 12 volt DC power supply (TT1250-7) and a 25 foot 12 volt power cord (With another 10’ extension available)

The Unibender TT1250-8 is powered by a DC gearhead motor. The motor speed is controlled by a solid state variable speed PWM (Pulse width modulation) DC motor controller, This circuit delivers the voltage to the DC motor with pulses and the speed is controlled via pulse-width modulation.
